Outdoor fireplace #125

Fireplace #125's assembly

To facilitate the assembly of your outdoor fireplace, refer to the plan received at the
purchase of your fireplace and to the assembly's general section for more advices.

Put the tiles at the level.

Place the 2 blocks Start 42” and the Half-Block 26” between the rear mortises. We suggest you to put
the 2 Start 42” in a way that they will exceed equally by the rear and by the front.
Tip : The flat side of each block goes inside the fireplace.

Place the block 42” (4 notches) at the back and 2 little blocks of 12” at the front. In putting them down,
gently tap the blocks. If there were small stones, that would crush them.
Make sure that your blocks are well placed flat over each other.

Place one blocks 42” (4 notches) on each side

Place the block 42” (4 notches) at the back and 2 little blocks of 12” at the front.

Place one blocks 42” (4 notches) on each side, followed by another 42” (4 notches) at the back
then 2 little blocks of 12” at the front.

Place on each side the 2 blocks 5 Notches 42”.

Place at the front and at the back a block 42” (4 notches) and 2 little blocks of 12” in the middle.
They will support your enamelled cast iron plate.
Tip : Put some silicone under and on these 2 small blocks to prevent the smoke comes out there.

Place the 2 blocks Arm 5 Notches 42”. From here you can start putting a thin
fillet of silicone (1/4 inch) in the chimney section.

Place the 2 blocks 42” (4 in line notches). As the chimney will decrease, put the silicone closer to
the inside. This way it will not be visible from the outside when you will put the next stone. At this
stage, place your slides in place in a way you can remove them at any time and try your cast iron plate.
You will find out if your new outdoor fireplace is square. It is still time to move it a little!

Place 2 blocks of 24” on each side of the chimney.

Place the 2 blocks 42” (4 in line notches).

Place 2 blocks of 24”.

Place the 2 blocks Chimney 42” (4 off-center notches).

Place 2 blocks of 24”.

Place the 2 blocks Chimney 38 5/8”.

Place 2 blocks of 24”.

Place the 2 blocks Chimney 35 1/16”.

Place 2 blocks of 24”.

Place the 2 blocks Chimney 31 7/16”.

Place 2 blocks of 24”.

Place the 2 blocks Chimney 27 7/8”.
Tip : Do not apply silicone in your last row as it is where you will put the spark catcher.
Over time it will burn and it will easier to replace.

Place 2 blocks of 24” and the little spark catcher.

End of outdoor fireplace 125 assembly
Place the 2 blocks Top 24”.
That ends the assembly of your outdoor fireplace.
