Fireplace #130-3

To facilitate the assembly of your outdoor fireplace, refer to the plan received at the purchase of your fireplace and to the assembly's general section for more advices.

Put the tiles at the level.

Place the 2 blocks Start 42” and the Half-Block 26” between the rear mortises.
Tip : The flat side of each block goes inside the fireplace.

We suggest you to put the 2 Start 42” in a way that they will exceed equally by the rear and by the front.

Place the block 42” (4 notches) at the back and 2 little blocks of 12” at the front. In putting them down, gently tap the blocks. If there were small stones, that would crush them. Make sure that your blocks are well placed flat over each other.

Place 2 little blocks of 12″ at the front and at the back.

Place the block 42” (4 notches) at the back and the 2 little blocks of 12”, then over them 2 blocks of 12” at the back and at the front.

Place the 2 blocks Chimney 42” (4 off-center notches). From here you can start putting a thin fillet of silicone (1/4 inch) in the chimney section. As the chimney will decrease, put the silicone closer to the inside. This way it will not be visible from the outside when you will put the next stone.

Place the 2 blocks Chimney 42” on each side.

Place 2 blocks Chimney 38 5/8” at the front and at the back.

Place 2 blocks Chimney 38 5/8” on each side.

Place 2 blocks Chimney 35 1/16” at the front and at the back.

Place 2 blocks Chimney 35 1/16” on each side.

Place 2 blocks Chimney 31 7/16” at the front and at the back.

Place 2 blocks Chimney 27 7/8” at the front and at the back.

Place 2 blocks Chimney 27 7/8” on each side.
Tip : Do not apply silicone in your last row as it is the time to put the little spark catcher. Over time it will burn and it will easier to replace.

Place the 2 Top 24”
That ends the assembly of your outdoor fireplace.
